Islamist Take-Away or Take-Over

Another excellent video from victimlesscriminal

UK Islam is getting itself politically organised. So much for it being a personal faith of Muslims. This video shows the tip of the iceberg of Islamists' efforts to support political candidates on one single issue - not whether they are Conservative or Labour, not whether they are pro-this or anti-that - but simply whether or not they are Muslims or, at least, Muslim-sympathisers.

The Islamisation of the west will mean that eastern culture and freedoms will be replaced with a mono-culture derived from ludicrously violent and schizophrenic sacred texts which reflect the level of ignorance and cosmological racism of 7th Century bullies, rather than reflecting the fruits derived from the western Enlightenment and the centuries' long struggles against theocracy and intolerance.

Britain goes halal - without telling us

Some of Britain’s most revered institutions are serving up halal meat to diners – without their knowledge.

A Mail on Sunday investigation – which will alarm anyone concerned about animal cruelty – has revealed that schools, hospitals, pubs and famous sporting venues such as Ascot and Twickenham are controversially serving up meat slaughtered in accordance with strict Islamic law to unwitting members of the public.

All the beef, chicken and lamb sold to fans at Wembley has secretly been prepared in accordance with sharia law, while Cheltenham College, which boasts of its ‘strong Christian ethos’, is one of several top public schools which also serves halal chicken to pupils without informing them.

Even Britain’s biggest hotel and restaurant group Whitbread, which owns the Beefeater and Brewers Fayre chains, among many others, has admitted that more than three-quarters of its poultry is halal.

Animal welfare campaigners have long called for a ban on the traditional Islamic way of preparing meat – which involves killing animals by drawing a knife across their throats, without stunning them first – saying it is cruel and causes unnecessary pain.

But a spokesman for Twickenham, which sells only halal chicken despite not advertising the fact, insisted that the lack of transparency ‘had never been an issue’ and said: ‘Our consideration is more for those who want halal, to ensure they get it.’

The extent of halal meat consumption was revealed as the Pope, on his first visit to Britain, emphasised the need to preserve traditional Christian customs.

He indicated that long-held values were being eroded and that ordinary people and institutions should strive to protect them.

Animal rights group Viva!, whose supporters include Heather Mills, and Joanna Lumley, said in a statement: ‘Other practices which may be undertaken for religious reasons, such as polygamy or the stoning of adulterers, are not permitted in the UK.

‘Religious freedom does not override other moral considerations and the suffering caused by this form of slaughter is so severe that it cannot be allowed to prevent action be taken. Consumers can do their bit by boycotting places that persist in selling meat from unstunned animals.’

An RSPCA spokesman added: ‘The public have a right to know how their meat is produced. Many people are extremely concerned about animal welfare. What The Mail on Sunday has discovered shows that people are not being kept informed.

‘The key to a more humane death for these animals is that they are stunned before slaughter.’

However sharia law expressly forbids knocking the animal out with a bolt gun, as is usual in British slaughterhouses.

Instead, it must be sentient when its throat is cut, and the blood allowed to drip from the carcass while the slaughterman recites a religious phrase in praise of Allah.

Halal meat is being served across Britain, even in areas with a very small Muslim population.

Other institutions secretly serving up meat that is halal – or ‘permissible’ – include Mid Staffordshire NHS Foundation Trust and one of London’s biggest NHS Trusts, Guy’s and St Thomas’. A spokesman for the London hospitals admitted: ‘The only way people using the canteen would know they were eating halal chicken would be if they asked a member of staff directly.’

Britain’s Muslim community is exempt from regulations which require animals to be stunned before death, as is kosher meat prepared for the Jewish market.

Conservative MP Andrew Rosindell, secretary of the Associate Parliamentary Group for Animal Welfare, said: ‘I don’t object to people of different religious groups being catered for but it’s not something that should be imposed on everybody else.

‘The vast majority of people in this country would not want meat of this origin. The outlets have a duty to let their customers know because some will object very strongly, not least because of the animal welfare implications of halal.’

Keith Porteous Wood, executive director of the National Secular Society, said: ‘We suspected that meat killed by the halal and kosher methods was being used for general consumption but we never imagined it was so widespread.

‘It is disgraceful that people aren’t being told if the food they are being served is from meat that has not been stunned prior to slaughter.’

Brutal reality of the ritual that allows animals to be slaughtered without being stunned first

More than 40 million cattle, calves and sheep and more than 850 million poultry are slaughtered every year in Britain.

The vast majority are stunned before slaughter but UK law allows the Jewish and Muslim communities to kill animals by religious methods without any form of stunning.

A number of requirements have been put in place, however, in an attempt to reduce animal suffering.

The rules state that the throat must be cut with one rapid, uninterrupted movement of the knife. Both carotid arteries and both jugular veins must be severed.

In addition, the knife must be inspected before each animal is slaughtered to ensure that it is of sufficient size and sharpness.

But welfare campaigners say the rules are not enough.

The Government’s independent advisory body, the Farm Animal Welfare Council, says sheep may lose consciousness within five to seven seconds of the cut.

But research has shown that some calves remain brain-responsive for up to two minutes. This is because the carotid arteries can contract after the cut has been made, effectively sealing the severed ends and maintaining blood pressure in the brain.

The RSPCA says all meat produced from animals that have not been stunned before slaughter should be clearly labelled so that it can be easily identified by consumers.

Sharia law states that the abattoir involved in the process must be under the ‘close and constant supervision’ of an Islamic religious organisation.

Under these rules, the cut must be made to the right side of the neck by cutting the two carotids, the two jugulars, the windpipe and the gullet, but without breaking the spinal cord.

The carcass must empty of blood and a specific time should be allowed until the animal ceases to move before the next stage of the production process – de-skinning and removing the internal organs – may begin.

Government's response to banning halal

WARNING: GRAPHIC CONTENT

The government has finally responded to the petition to ban halal slaughter in the UK and of course the news is not good.

Petition

We the undersigned petition the Prime Minister to Ban the inhumane practice of halal slaughter in the UK.

On the subject of farmed animal slaughter, defra state 'it is an absolute offence to cause or permit an animal avoidable excitement, pain or suffering. There are also specific rules on handling, stunning, slaughter or killing of animals.'

Government response

The religious slaughter of animals without prior stunning is permitted in the UK. The laws governing animal welfare at slaughter in both the EU and UK require animals to be stunned before slaughter, but make an exemption from this requirement for religious slaughter carried out by Jews and Muslims.

The Government recognises the needs of certain communities and accepts the importance which they attach to the right to slaughter animals for food in accordance with their beliefs.

When animals are slaughtered, the process must be humane and comply with the Welfare of Animals (Slaughter or Killing) Regulations 1995, as amended governing animal welfare at slaughter. When, for reasons of religion, animals are not stunned before slaughter, the operation must be carried out without causing unnecessary suffering, and in compliance with specific controls.

Religious slaughter may only take place in licensed slaughterhouses (approved premises), and Official Veterinarians of the Food Standards Agency monitor and enforce the rules set out in the Regulations daily.

The Government is aware that the slaughter of animals without prior stunning is an issue in which many people and organisations are interested, and, as such, will continue to engage with interested parties in order to find a way forward that is acceptable to those concerned.

For those of you not familiar with halal slaughter please watch the clip above. Be warned that it is graphic and extremely disturbing to see animals treated in this way. This is more proof that islam is not compatable with Britain.

Meet your meat - halal slaughter

WARNING: Graphic content

For those of you who are in any doubt about the brutality of halal slaughter you need to watch this video.

This is what you are eating at places such as KFC.

I'd like to know why animal welfare groups aren't screaming the house down.

Islamification continues - halal at KFC in Derby

The islamification of our country is well under way with KFC taking even more steps to turn our culture more Islamic than ever before .

For some time now KFC has been turning to halal meats in areas where they expect demand to be strong. These areas are ethnically enriched areas and where six months ago there were 8 halal stores, there are now 21. This not only shows the scale of immigration here, but how our culture is being pushed aside for another.

KFC in Derby are now doing a trial where they are boosting business by selling only halal meat. KFC have stated that they will insist that their meats are still stunned which may make some people think that is not halal.

I will explain.

Halal ritual slaughter is where an animal is hung by its back legs and without stunning it has its throat cut. Whilst in agony and still hanging, the blood totally drains from the body. A muslim prayer is broadcast by tannoy. This is the preferred way for Muslims, as the Quran mentions that they are forbidden to eat blood.

Sometimes when animals are stunned they die, but this is very rare. Because muslims do not know if a stunned animal has died before being bled, they refuse to eat any meat from any stunned animal as there is a chance it may not have been bled properly. This culture does prefer not to use stunning at all but it would be accepted if they could be guaranteed to be blood free.

Further information on stunning issues and processes http://www.organic-halal-meat.com/article/stunning.php

Back to KFC... they will not allow animals that die from being stunned into the halal food chain so things are not changing a deal at this point, but who is going to monitor this? We have already heard about the cruel treatment of Bernard Matthews chickens but this situation is still not watched with close scrutiny and without a doubt, the halal situation will be the same. Who could really guarantee that some of the poultry will not be coming from ritually slaughtered cutting farms?

Ok, this is their culture, fair enough, but this is our country. We have our own laws and we are a nation of animal lovers. This is an inhumane barbaric way to slaughter animals and we do not want it here.

There are slaughter houses in this country that are purpose built for ritual slaughter. I do not know why animal rights exist if it is ok for these people to live by their own laws.

If we slaughtered our animals this way we would be imprisoned and that is how it should be.

It is hard for our farmers and it is getting even more difficult for them to make a living. The british Government is not on the farmers side, and when you consider the farmer has to slaughter animals in the correct manner and under strict supervision, then who is going to benefit from all this? Our farmers will continue to struggle while Halal and the likes will flourish and will in time drive us out of the market altogether.

As a matter of principle I will not be using KFC unless this idea is reversed and I hope you all follow suit.

Please support our farmers, our animals and our culture by complaining to KFC on the following link and forward this to all your friends. Remember , animals do not have a voice but we do. Animals feel the pain the same as we do. http://kfc.co.uk/about-kfc/halal or call 08457 532 532

The fur trade in China

*** WARNING 18+ ONLY ***
EXTREME GRAPHIC CONTENT

When I got up this morning I felt great. The rain had stopped, the gale force winds had died down, the sun was shining and the air was lovely and warm. It was like a summer’s morning and I went about my chores with a huge grin on my face.

That was soon to change.

As usual I logged on to check my email and at the same time I received a message from a friend.

“Oh my God! Have you seen this?” he said, and posted a link to a video on YouTube.

I usually have a few things to check out and decided I’d take a look before sifting through the rest.

The video started with the movie Bright Eyes and I wondered if my friend was playing a trick on me. Then a minute or so into the movie the scene changed to a street market (?) in China and a man was beating an animal onto the floor.

I still didn’t get the gist of what was gong on. Was this going to be an animal cruelty video?

I won’t go into detail because if you can stomach it I’d like you to check the video out for yourself and then SIGN THE PETITION

All I can say is that not much fazes me, not much at all. I can watch anything, no matter how violent and bloodthirsty, but this was something else and I sat and cried.

I found I couldn’t watch the whole thing. I turned my laptop off and grabbed the hoover. I though doing something might get it out of my head, but it didn’t work. The horrific acts I saw on this video wouldn’t leave me, so I turned my laptop on and wrote this short article. May it will help get the images out of my head.

Before you watch the video I’d like to point something out:

While animals only do in life what they need to, to survive,

Man is the only animal that commits barbaric acts for pleasure and profit.

ASDA HALAL PROFIT BEFORE ETHICS

A personal opinion from Michael Clarke

Ripley and Heanor News report HERE

Amber Valley Borough Council meet later this month to give the go ahead for the new Asda superstore in Langley Mill. You can't just turn your nose up at 300 jobs, but the moral ethics of this company leave a lot to be desired.

They wouldn't sell real fur coats in their clothing department would they? But ritually slaughtered meat, killed without stunning, is acceptable when there's a market for it.
See Sunday Express report HERE

For those of you with a strong stomach, here is a link to an undercover video of what goes off in a Halal slaughterhouse.

** WARNING: If you are under eighteen or find scenes of animal cruelty offensive please don't watch this video. WARNING**

Why is this practice allowed in this country? Why aren't our politicians up in arms? Where are the RSPCA?

I think we all know the answer.

To many people shopping is something they enjoy. To a nationalist it is a nightmare.

I have always bought what I can from my local market, but since my hours have increased, shopping has to either be done at silly o’clock or online and delivered.

I tried online shopping and half the items were either missing or ‘substituted’. Each time I stated that I didn’t want a substitute, each time they sent one.

Now, for some this could be a good idea but not in my experience. I mean, how the hell can a family sized deep apple pie be substituted with a pack of six tiny apple pies? And why the hell would someone replace fresh green beans with a can of peas?

So I thought ‘sod it’. No matter what the time is I will go myself. Not as easy as I thought considering I work all hours God sends, including weekends.

Absolutely shattered from a 13 hour shift and 70 hour week, I hobbled to the nearest 24 hour Tesco. And this is where my nightmare began.

On reflection, the variety of goods is impressive. The problem is finding anything remotely British.

My first complaint is with the fruit section. The majority of fruit is imported from overseas. Fair enough if you want something exotic, but why have 10 varieties of French apple?

For the record, France is not my favourite place. I have found the people arrogant and ignorant towards the British; I would rather sail round it than fly over it, so buying anything French is a resounding ‘non’ for me.

Back to apples. Out of a whole row of apples I found only one English apple. Whoopie-do! Of course, it is a variety I do not even like so I go without.

Now for the meat. I could never be a vegetarian, I enjoy eating meat far too much. What bugs me about stores like Tesco is the way they try and trick you with the packaging. You pick up what you think are British sausages or bacon when in fact they have only been packed in Britain. The meat itself has been reared in another country, for example Poland.

Pork products start life in Poland under horrendous conditions. Thousands of pigs are crammed into sheds where they frantically chew at bars and fight each other. Sows are kept in steel farrowing crates, unable to turn around but still able to feed piglets. While our government banned these cruel practises, the EU poured money into Poland and Romania, enabling the importation to the UK of cheap pork. In fact 70% of the one million tonnes of pig meat imported into Britain every year does not meet British welfare standards.

Stores in Britain only have to process and package the meat for it to qualify as being British, hence my nightmare shopping trip. A whole row of pork products and not one stated that the pig was reared in Britain. Some stated the pork was sourced in the Eu but none said it was reared here. No one at the store could find a pork product that stated it was British reared. I came away with no meat.

Now for other meats, halal and kosher. I also asked a couple of Tesco workers how I could tell if a meat was halal or kosher; there are no halal or kosher sections in my local Tesco but that doesn’t mean they don’t sell them. They sell everything else.

For halal or kosher to be permissible the animal has to be alive and healthy. The jugular vein, carotid artery and windpipe have to be severed by a razor sharp knife by a single swipe and any flowing blood of the carcass should be completely drained. In other words the animal bleeds to death and is not stunned beforehand.

I do not agree to something being killed in such a barbaric way and will not buy it, but how am I to know if it’s been slaughtered in this way? After all they are serving halal meat to our school children without then knowing so why not sell it in shops without telling us?

Once again I was told by the staff that they didn’t know. To be quite honest, they don’t know much. I could go on and on about other items but the story is always the same and after about an hour and a half I gave up and left the shop with bread and a few chocolate cakes to keep me going until tomorrows market.

The moral of this story?

Only use stores such as Tesco if absolutely necessary. Support your local butcher and grocer. It may cost a few pence more but you know you are supporting your fellow countrymen, you know the product will be top class and it will be fresh.

BUY BRITISH!
