Immigration & Honour Killings

Since we opened our doors to all and sundry, thanks to the present government, Great Britain has seen a tremendous rise in crime ranging from pick-pocketting, though vicious rape, to murder.

And then we come to Turkey.

We already know of honour killings on our soil, but to allow another medieval-thinking country’s people to freely pass through our borders is frightening.

While honour 'incidents' are on the rise in Britain (211 incidents in London between April and October in 2009), 129 were criminal offences.

In today’s news is a story of a young girl buried alive in a chicken pen by her family for ‘befriending boys’. Something which is entirely natural in Britain but which is frowned upon, and is in fact deadly, in places like Turkey. Or should I say, in places where the religion of the dead paedophile is practiced.

This type of killing is usually reserved for women who have had an affair or even raped. Unless a women can provide four witnesses to prove she has been raped she stands no chance of survival.

Let’s face it, how many rapes are witnessed by one person, let alone four?

We need to close our borders, deport all hate preachers, illegal immigrants and foreign criminals immediately and get out of Europe. We need to bring our soldiers home and leave other countries to sort out their own problems.

If they want to kill each other? Fine, let them get on with it! It saves us the job and ensures the safety of our brave boys and girls in the forces.

While across the pond...

News from Dearborn, Michigan - crime is rising at an alarming rate.

While a friend’s brother was in hospital in Dearborn this week he overheard nurses voicing their concern for their safety. The streets are full of violent muslims and they fear for their lives. And rightly so.

Dearborn houses the largest mosque in America (The Islamic Centre of America) and violent crime is nearly double the national average.

Immigration is meant to be about respecting the host country, its people, customs and values and NOT imposing your own.

Muslims have allegiance to no one but other muslims and Allah!

Derby rapist on the loose

Derby rapist Imtiaz Hussain

An illegal immigrant rapist was on the run today after escaping guards while being taken to the toilet.

Imtiaz Hussain, 44, said to be a 'serious threat to women', was being escorted to the Pakistan High Commission in London when he fled.

He had been at a meeting to get a new passport so he could be deported at the end of nine-year sentence for trying to rape two women at knifepoint.

Hussain was being escorted by security guards from G4S Care and Justice Services when he fled the building through a window on Friday afternoon.

He was last seen running across Sloane Square.

A Home Office spokesman said they could not confirm whether he had been handcuffed at the time, or how many security officers were with him before he escaped.

DCI Brent Lancaster said: 'This individual is believed to be very dangerous and we need to apprehend him as soon as possible.

'If anyone sees him, please don’t approach him, but alert the police immediately.”

Hussain, a failed asylum seeker, is described as Asian, around 5ft 5in tall and of medium to chubby build with dark, short hair. He was wearing a blue T-shirt, blue jeans and white trainers.

He was jailed for rape and false imprisonment after the two attacks, which took place in the space of a week in Derby in 2004.

Sentencing him at the time, Judge David Pugsley said: 'I am concerned that he presents a serious threat to women.'

Police hunting the rapist believe he could have headed back to Derby.

Sex victim wins 6-year battle to have her attacker deported

A woman sexually assaulted by an immigrant yesterday won her six-and-a-half year battle to have her attacker deported.

Gabrielle Browne, 44, was training for the London Marathon on a towpath when she was attacked by Mohamed Kendeh in 2003.

The 22-year-old immigrant, from Sierra Leone, also admitted carrying out a string of assaults on at least 11 women - striking when they were alone or with children in public parks.

However, despite attempts by the Home Office to deport him, Britain's top immigration judge refused, claiming that to do so would breach his human rights.

Yesterday, a crown court judge overruled that controversial judgement.

Mrs Browne, a mother of two, who has waived her right to anonymity, broke down in tears after being told she had won her fight for justice.

She said: 'It is quite possible that lots of victims just let the police get on with it.

'But if I hadn't chased what happened following his release in 2007 then he would never have been deported.

'I pushed for an exclusion zone to be set-up in the area of the attacks and told police there were immigration issues each time he was arrested for another offence so steps could be taken to deport him.

'I have also pursued it through my MP, who put pressure on the Home Office to find out what was happening.

'I have fought for his deportation for a very long time. I can't undo what he did to me and the affect that has had on me and my family.

'But if I can stop him from reoffending against other women then there is some value to what I am doing.'

Kendeh, then 16, grabbed Mrs Browne from behind before dragging her along the ground and trying to rape her.

After his arrest, she discovered he had recently been released from a young offenders institution after being found guilty of four sexual assaults on lone women when he was just 15.

All of the attacks took place in parks - two on women who had young children with them at the time.

Kendeh, then a heavy cannabis smoker, had also committed burglaries, theft, arson, drug offences and taken a vehicle without consent.

Despite this history, Kendeh was released on bail - only to carry out another attack on a woman by herself in her home a month later.

He was jailed at the Old Bailey for the two attacks, and the Home Office made attempts to deport him.

However, these requests were refused by top immigration judge Sir Henry Hodge.

He said although the sex attacker had been refused British citizenship and was likely to reoffend, sending him back to Sierra Leone would breach his right to a family life.

But Mrs Browne refused to give up. She continued to pressure MPs and police each time he came up for parole, and pushed for an exclusion zone to be set up in Southwark, Central London - the area where most of the assaults took place.

And yesterday, during sentencing for his latest crime, a street robbery, committed after his release in June this year, Judge Simon Pratt at Croydon Crown Court finally recommended Kendeh be deported afterwards.

Sentencing Kendeh to five and half years in jail and two years on licence, Judge Pratt said: 'You targeted another woman in circumstances where she was extremely vulnerable.

'Such vulnerability is every woman's nightmare. You have had ample experience of the terror that you have caused lone women and you admitted that you saw her as easy to rob because you could overpower her.

'You are 22 and you have an appalling record for sexual assaults on lone females, as well as a previous conviction for a robbery in 2003.

'I unhesitatingly view you to be a dangerous offender and I am firmly of the view that you present a serious risk to the public by the commissioning of serious and unspecified offences.

'I regard your continuing presence in this country as contrary to this country's good and I recommend your deportation.'

Olatokunbo Atanda, for the defence, said yesterday: 'Mr Kendeh is 22, he has had a very troubled childhood, he has been incarcerated for most of his life and is unable to deal with normal life anymore.

'He has had no other life, it seems, apart from being incarcerated from a young age to adulthood.'

Selective reporting when it comes to foreigners

Until newspapers deliver the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, I choose not to buy them. However, if one is available free of charge I will scour through it.

The whole front page (hard copy) of this week’s local rag, The Chad, covers the story of a woman who was sexually assaulted in a shop.

As it was worthy of a mention on my blog I scoured the internet for more information. Guess what? Nowhere online can I find the story, NOWHERE! I suppose the powers that be see the story as not being in the interest of the people of the area.

As I believe this kind of information should be available to everyone, I have recreated it word for word so you can see for yourself how immigration is enriching our country… NOT!

A Somercotes mother-of-three says her life has changed forever after she was sexually assaulted by a shop worker in Alfreton.

Thirty-four-year-old Ellen Jones was attacked in a store by Gurprecthum Butoy (31) while she was shopping in the town on the morning of 22nd June.

Butoy, of Challands Close, Chesterfield, was given a three-year community order and ordered to attend a sex offenders’ treatment programme after admitting a charge of sexual assault at Derby Magistrates Court on 7th September.

Speaking from her home, Ellen waived her legal right to anonymity as a victim of a sexual offence and said the ordeal has left her scarred.

“I can’t sleep, I feel depressed and violated and was just building myself u, but he has pushed me down again,” she said.

“I know my life will never get back to normal and I feel dirty to look at myself. He has done something that no man should ever do to a woman – he has violated me and it has not just affected myself but my whole family.”

Ellen says she fears being alone following the incident, but has been supported by a strong network of family and friends around her.

“I cannot walk into a shop now if there is a bloke working behind the counter. I don’t go out very much anyway but do not like being on my own now,” she said.

“I can’t trust any man around me now and I still feel scared and have panic attacks. But my friends Dawn Thorpe and Deana Amos have been amazing to me and my husband, father and kids have been my rock throughout this period”

“The Rape Crisis Team and Victim Support have also been very supportive and I’d like to thank them.”

Ellen felt strongly enough about the incident to speak out to help other women who may have been the victims of such attacks.

“I want to help other women who may have been through this and hopefully by speaking out it will help others come forward in the future,” she said.

Ellen also received £500 in compensation from Butoy, but believes her attacker should have been made to sign the offenders’ register.

Chad contacted Mr Butoy through his solicitor this week, but he did not wish to comment.

A three year community order and £500 compensation?

Chops off his bits, stuff them in his mouth and hang him. He won’t be able to do it again.

1 IN 5 KILLERS IS FOREIGN

Immigrants are twice as likely to commit or be charged with an illegal killing.

Up to a fifth of killers in England and Wales are foreign, police figures suggest. Out of 371 individuals accused or convicted of murder or manslaughter last year, 79 were from abroad - more than 21 per cent.

Foreign immigrants make up only around a tenth of the UK population, meaning they are statistically twice as likely as native Britons to be charged with or found guilty of an illegal killing.

In London, almost 40 per cent of those in such cases in the past year were from overseas, or of unknown origin.

Opposition critics said the findings reflected the Government's failure to deport foreign criminals, and the ease with which offenders from abroad can slip through border controls.

The most common nationality for foreigners involved in murder and manslaughter cases was Polish, followed by Nepalese, Lithuanian, Somalian and Sri Lankan.

Around half the police forces across England and Wales provided data under the Freedom of Information Act, revealing strong regional differences.

The highest figures were in London where in the year to April 2009, 93 of the 233 people accused or convicted of murder and manslaughter were either non-British or from unknown backgrounds.

In West Mercia, five out of 22 were foreigners - 23 per cent - from Lithuania, Poland, and the Republic of Ireland. Nottinghamshire showed the same proportion, with three out of 13 cases.

But some forces - including Cheshire, Humberside, Hampshire, and Merseyside - recorded no cases with foreign killers. The figures may be an underestimate as 11 out 30 forces which responded claimed they did not record nationalities of either killers or murder victims, and others had gaps in the information.

As foreign suspects are typically harder to identify and trace, meaning that crimes are less likely to be solved, the real proportion could be significantly higher.

The figures showed foreigners were also more likely to be victims of murder or manslaughter, accounting for 20 per cent of all those killed in England and Wales in 2007-8, and 13 per cent last year.

Concerns about convicted offenders entering Britain were underlined in April by the case of Marek Harcar, 33, who was sentenced to a minimum 25 years in jail for the abduction, rape and murder of businesswoman Moira Jones.

Slovakian Harcar was allowed into Britain despite having 13 convictions, four of them involving violence. He abducted the 40-year-old just yards from her home on May 28 last year. Her semi-naked body was found in Queen's Park in Glasgow the next day.

Shadow home secretary Chris Grayling said: 'The Government seem to have completely failed to get to grips with foreign nationals' crime in the UK.

'These figures underline the scale of the problem, but we know the Government are simply failing to deport offenders in the way they should be.'

Earlier this year Detective Chief Inspector Murray Duffin, of the Scotland Yard Extradition and Intelligence Unit, warned: 'Britain is becoming a magnet for increasing numbers of criminals from the former Eastern bloc countries which are now members of the EU.'
