BNP to Launch Court Action to Expel “Liar Hodge” from Parliament

Nick Griffin MEP is to launch a court action to get the Barking and Dagenham election result overturned and the “liar” Margaret Hodge banned from parliament using the Phil Woolas court case as a precedent, the party has announced.

The move to strike Ms Hodge’s election down comes after the set of outrageous lies told by the Labour candidate during the election and broadcast by the Channel Four documentary, ‘The Battle for Barking.’

Ms Hodge was recorded as telling a public meeting of mainly ethnics that the BNP wants “everyone who is sitting in this room to be expelled from this country, dropped from an aeroplane, dropped from a helicopter, left in the sea.”

Mr Woolas was recently the subject of a court action under section 106 of the Representation of the People Act 1983.by his Liberal Democrat opponent for telling deliberate lies during his campaign.

The case against Mr Woolas was proved after it was shown that he had made a "false statement of fact in relation to that candidate’s character or conduct.

Ms Hodges’s remarks that the British National Party wants to “expel” everyone and drop them into the sea from aircraft make Mr Woolas’s lies look tame, and are a clear an obvious breach of the same law which saw the Oldham and Saddleworth MP struck down.

Mr Griffin has announced his intention of pursuing this matter through the courts “until the liar Hodge is booted out of Parliament and barred from standing again.”

MARGARET HODGE’S election campaign has been rocked by a Sex and Cash scandal!
It seems that the Labour MP’s controversial past has caught up with her - just before electors go to the polls in Barking.

Hodge became MP for Barking in 1994. Before that she was a councillor in Islington, North London.
She rapidly rose through the ranks to become council leader in 1982. She held this position for ten
years.

During this time she became notorious as a loony leftist - she sported a bust of Lenin and flew th e
red flag over the town hall.

It was also during this time that she was involved in a notorious child sex scandal.

Why is it that the opposition parties can say what they like about the British National Party and its members and get away with it, yet whenever something is uncovered about them they spit out their dummies and go crying to the police?

In a TV interview alongside the BNP's Nick Griffin the other day she was harping on about Nazism, racism and fascism (yawn) but now is pulling her hair out and screeching like a harpie because The British national party revealed a few things about her in one of their leaflets including:

Hodge having financial interests in a proposed new prison for Barking, she was personally behind a ‘racist’ housing allocation and a member of her staff hanging up on an ex-soldier when he called her office.

Nick Griffin to stand as candidate in Barking

BNP leader Nick Griffin has said he is going to stand in the Westminster constituency of Barking, east London, in the next general election.

Mr Griffin was elected for the North West region while Andrew Brons picked up another BNP seat in Yorkshire and Humber, where it won 10% of the vote.

Margaret Hodge, Labour MP for Barking, said she was "more than ready to expose and expel the BNP from the borough".

She said she was ready to face a challenge in her constituency from the BNP leader.

"I always knew I would have a BNP candidate and it has turned out to be him," she said.

Mr Griffin said the BNP was not racist, but won votes because it "spoke openly about the problem of immigration".

Mr Griffin told a news conference: "It's all phoney with the other parties.

"Sometimes we can be a little blunt, a little politically incorrect, but we're always honest and people know that now."

He said the country faced a second economic crisis because the money pumped into the economy had not gone to generate solid jobs, and that in the face of the ensuing crisis the BNP stood poised to "sweep aside" Labour in a number of seats.

"The chickens are going to come home to roost in a monstrous way very soon," he said.
