It was a close call between Mr Griffin and Andrew Brons, but the voting members of the British National Party decided Mr Griffin is the best man for the job.

It was so good to see our great leader Nick Griffin in fine form at the British National Party General Members Meeting held at St Helen’s Merseyside on 26^th June, 2011.

Despite the protests promised by the ‘loony left’ there were only the party faithful who turned up in force to ratify the constitutional amendments to the party rules. These changes will actually make the party leader more accountable to the members thus becoming more democratic.

Several people who were unable to attend the meeting allowed Mr Griffin and other party officials to vote on their behalf by proxy and their wishes were faithfully carried out, in defiance of the few who may have initially sought to disrupt proceedings. It is obvious how much the membership in general trust Mr Griffin by allowing him to vote on their behalf in such large numbers particularly on such important issues and changes.

Whilst some debates may have been a little heated at times, everything was eventually settled in an amicable manner and quelled all hopes by outside forces that a break-up within the party was imminent. At the end of the meeting many apologised and all shook hands as the party united behind our leader to fight for the Nationalist cause.

There will be a leadership challenge for the party chairman within the next month and dates around the country will be arranged for hustings to take place so that all members may question the candidates before eventually casting their vote.

In conclusion, the changes were all agreed and this can only be described as a good thing. Admiration must be given to Nick Griffin for all the time and effort he put into drafting these proposals for the meeting to debate. I am very pleased to report that he was justly rewarded for his efforts by all his proposals being overwhelmingly passed.

As soon as the leadership election is over, we can then concentrate on the important job of increasing membership and fighting the war against Islam and the EU in the hope we can save our country before it is too late.

EHRC Must Pay British National Party’s Court Costs in Full

Nick Griffin has welcomed the ruling that the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) must pay the British National Party’s court costs in full as a “victory for freedom”.

“It is a massive victory for the British National Party and freedom and a crushing blow for the Equality and Human Rights Commission and Trevor Phillips' PC bullies,” he said.

Mr Griffin’s comments follow the High Court judgement ruling that the EHRC must pay all the costs incurred by him, Simon Darby and Tanya Lumby during their brave defence against the EHRC’s attempts to seize the Party's assets and throw the defendants into prison.

The ruling of Lord Justice Moore-Bick and Mr Justice Ramsey is a further crushing defeat for the Commission and a personal humiliation for Trevor Phillips and Simon Woolley, who at the start of proceedings boasted on TV that they were going to close the British National Party down.

"Thanks to the staunch generosity of so many of our members and supporters and the magnificent efforts of our legal team, their attack on democracy and freedom failed utterly," said Mr Griffin.

"The British National Party is still very much alive and kicking. We've built up a legal team which can go head to head with the most powerful opponents and beat them."

On being told that EHRC would be forced to pay its costs in full, Simon Darby said, "I told them they would never beat me or the British National Party, but they simply wouldn't listen. Now these people are going to pay the price for persecuting Nationalists. The question has to be asked as to whether this discredited quango will survive the next round of government cuts."

Exactly how much the EHRC will have to pay must now be assessed in a long and complicated procedure that will take some months. When we get our money back, it will make a healthy contribution to our war chest for next year's Assembly election in London, where the EHRC is/was based.

Friday We'll Know Either Justice Or Tyranny

Unless they alter the date of the ''Show Trial'' as they sometimes do, on Friday we will know what we are dealing with in this country. They tried previously, twice in fact, to take our leader and jail him for warning of something that eventually happened.

They once even tried to deny us basic financial rights by stopping our banking facilities. On more than one occasion, they tried to out-law us, and employ ''third party agitators'', and more recently, employing various tactics to inwardly destroy the party. However, the British National Party is no longer like parties of old, as we have learned lessons, and put in place certain things that make it much harder for the Marxists to operate successfully.

Friday the 17th of December could see us challenged as never before, but in all honesty, they will make THE most fundamentally flawed plan of their pathetic, sick and ugly careers. If the three British National Party officials, including Mr Nick Griffin MEP, were to suffer the full weight of the Marxist Occupied Government (MOG), then what would follow next would be the biggest demonstration ever seen in the history of British Nationalism, and provoke millions of people into at the very least, searching for evidence as to why English justice, has turned into a depressing black cloud over all British people potentially.

The two major players in this game of ''Abolish The White Race'' (Harvard University) are students of hate, African immigrant, Trevor Phillips(and trophy), and equally alien Harriet Harman. They, and many like them have totally immersed themselves into our institutions world wide. It is they who put ''race'' into the equation, not us. And yet the only agenda they concentrate on regarding opposition to Globalism and theft of our nation's many aspects of inheritance, is race. The whole concept of law, was supposedly to give all people the opportunity to defend themselves, and at the same time, hand out appropriate sentencing to criminals who have offended against society.

With this trial and previous ones, and all subsequent trials and oppressive measures, we now have criminals heading our institutions. As many people if possible, should be there on Friday, but the date, time, and opportunistic element of ''the law'' and those closeted within it's dark confines, have ensured that the masses of British National Party rank and file, may not get there as intended. All this is of course, in addition to the treachery of the economic conditions many find themselves in. Righteous anger will give all of us, whether there or not, the will to send a message of support to all three ''defendants'', who have found themselves in a British court, for simply defending international agreements on rights of association, freedom of expression, and ethnic solidarity.

The truth of the matter is that, the Marxists and friendly supporters in that court, including the Judge, will have to be pretty brave in demolishing years of defending innocent people, and going in the opposite direction for the sake of ''political agendas''. One day, we shall have a COURT OF THE BRITISH PEOPLE, and other western nations shall also have their own courts, and mete out appropriate punishments in white nations, for this:

The goal of abolishing the white race is on its face so desirable that some may find it hard to believe that it could incur any opposition other than from committed white supremacists. Of course we expected bewilderment from people who still think of race as biology.

By bowing down to pressures form those who write comments about the British National Party being anti-Semitic, bigoted, Racist and all manner of labels, we can still show that all this is a smokescreen, as no mention need be made here, of the aliens who have lived full, and many of them, wealthy and healthy lives here and elsewhere, only to produce the above statements or similar. Our Chairman, former Deputy Chairman, and another former senior officer, a lady many of us know personally, are victims of hate, because they are the faces of our struggle to be typically kind, non-aggressive, and purely civilised and political, in the face of extremist Marxist hate.

We have all conducted ourselves well, and are led by principled, intelligent leaders, whom have made mistakes of course, but by and large, have produced a vehicle of some significance, to push our collective wishes and concerns far further than ever before... and this is THE only reason the filthy snake pit, of the media and political establishment, now seeks to bend, warp, and pervert the law to destroy us. The statements above in bold, would have been on every major news programme, had they been proffered by our indigenous people or leaders. This trial, and everything we have opposed over the years, comes down to THEIR hatred of OUR people, and whether you are reading this as an observer, a Nationalist, or adversary, you simply must accept we will not allow it.

To all three freedom fighters, we salute you. To those who wish them harm, we also salute you, but with two fingers of defiance. To those of you looking in, and not particularly interested in politics, please take a deep breath, swill your faces with nice cold water, or drink a strong coffee, and remember the quote below, because one day soon, your own lives, and those of you children and grand children, will suffer if it is not heeded:
