Derbyshire activists complete leafleting session despite being detained by PC police
Five Derbyshire British National Party activists carried out a successful leafleting session in the town of Ripley yesterday despite being detained Britain’s Stasi-like PC police force and accused of ‘inciting racial hatred’ for delivering leaflets that tell the truth about the riots.
One of the arrested men, Derbyshire sub-regional organiser Paul Hilliard, reports on the incident:
'Five of us went to Ripley town centre yesterday to distribute the Britain Stripped of All Dignity leaflets, an anti-riot leaflet that calls for action to restore order and save lives, which the public warmly welcomed.
'Things were going very well, with us handing out around 500 to 600 leaflets in around an hour or so, when PCSO Becky Davis came along to look at our leaflets after receiving just two complaints regarding all of the leaflets distributed.
'There was a question mark over the use of two words, ‘black gangs’. I was astonished to find we were being questioned about telling the truth, a truth the public already knew about regardless of the attempts from the media to cover up the race of the gangs involved in the riots.
'Within minutes, there were three police officers asking us to accompany them to the station for questioning about the leaflet. I told them we were not breaking the law by using facts, but the police said that we were ‘inciting racial hatred’ so we could either go with them voluntarily or we could be arrested.
'We were then detained for around an hour while the police looked over the leaflet and made phone calls for advice on the issue. PC Reddish, who took us in for questioning and was in charge at the time, came to me as the spokesman for the team to say that the police didn’t really know what to do with the leaflet and had to send it for further investigation but were prepared to let us go provided we leave our literature at the station so we can’t deliver any more.
'I politely refused to do so because, by leaving the literature, we would be admitting guilt of wrongdoing, which we deny. I also told PC Reddish that we would discontinue distributing these leaflets until our legal team checked the legalities of the wording used, and, if we are in the right, then we will be back to carry on distributing these leaflets at another date.
'PC Reddish was happy for me to take our literature away with us and let us go without charge on the basis we stop delivering them. Before our team and I left the station, I told the police that we were going back to the spot where they took us from to carry on so we could show the public we have done no wrong and will not be driven out of the town by PC bullying. We continued campaigning with the ReferendumNOW petition, which also went down very well with the public, from whom we collected a good number of petition signatures.
'The police were polite, pleasant and made us all a cuppa, but I feel their time is being wasted by political correctness, which again seems to hide criminal facts from the public – which is half of the problem in this country.'

ReferendumNOW in Derby

The government promised the people of Great Britain a referendum on our inclusion in the European Union, but so far this hasn't happened. With Cameron signing away more and more of our money and with European law taking precedance over our own law it is time to make a stand.
Derby and Amber Valley British National Party activists were out and about in Derby city centre today collecting signatures for the ReferendumNOW campaign.
At one point half a dozen UAF students, complete with ridiculous haircuts, some dyed the usual communist red, turned up to cause disruption. It didn't last long. With microphone in hand, the Amber Valley organiser, Debra Purdy, out cried them all.
The people of Derby turned on the UAF telling them to 'go get a wash', 'go get a job' and 'no wonder you can't get a job looking like that' and after only 15 minutes the great unwashed slunk back to their rooms for a consolatory joint or five.
388 members of the public signed the petition in the 3 hours the activists were there.
Well done BNP. The people have had enough and are starting to realise what is really going on in our country instead of listening to multiculturists and Labour's indoctrinated children.
If you would like to sign the petition from the comfort of your armchair you can do so HERE

Vote Brons, get Butler - the video
Brons fans will be horrified to find that the possibilty of Butler's return to the British National Party is definitely on the cards after Brons spent a considerable amount of time defending him at the Ashfield meeting last week.

Brons to reinstate Butler?
There is a big hoo-har at the moment because the BNP has asked Andrew Brons to take down the BNP logo from his website.
And rightly so.
Firstly, Brons still has Eddie Butler working for him. Butler was expelled from the party but Brons uses the excuse that he can’t legally sack him.
BULLSHIT!
Many companies are sacking their staff for writing silly things on facebook, what Butler has done, and is still doing, is far, far worse. How can he be employed and paid by a party for which he has so much contempt and is determined to crush?
Secondly, at the meeting Brons attended in Ashfield the other night, Brons implied that were he to win the upcoming election he would reinstate Eddie Butler.
Eddie Butler is doing a very good job of trying to break the BNP. Because of Butler, Andrew Brons has now lost all credibility in many people’s eyes.
Come on Nick, put your foot down. Bring on the election and let’s get rid of all the deadwood, infiltrators and idiots!

The British National Party General Members Meeting Report
GMM 26th June, 2011
It was so good to see our great leader Nick Griffin in fine form at the British National Party General Members Meeting held at St Helen’s Merseyside on 26th June, 2011.
Despite the protests promised by the ‘loony left’ there were only the party faithful who turned up in force to ratify the constitutional amendments to the party rules. These changes will actually make the party leader more accountable to the members thus becoming more democratic.
Several people who were unable to attend the meeting allowed Mr Griffin and other party officials to vote on their behalf by proxy and their wishes were faithfully carried out, in defiance of the few who may have initially sought to disrupt proceedings. It is obvious how much the membership in general trust Mr Griffin by allowing him to vote on their behalf in such large numbers particularly on such important issues and changes.
Whilst some debates may have been a little heated at times, everything was eventually settled in an amicable manner and quelled all hopes by outside forces that a break-up within the party was imminent. At the end of the meeting many apologised and all shook hands as the party united behind our leader to fight for the Nationalist cause.
There will be a leadership challenge for the party chairman within the next month and dates around the country will be arranged for hustings to take place so that all members may question the candidates before eventually casting their vote.
In conclusion, the changes were all agreed and this can only be described as a good thing. Admiration must be given to Nick Griffin for all the time and effort he put into drafting these proposals for the meeting to debate. I am very pleased to report that he was justly rewarded for his efforts by all his proposals being overwhelmingly passed.
As soon as the leadership election is over, we can then concentrate on the important job of increasing membership and fighting the war against Islam and the EU in the hope we can save our country before it is too late.

EHRC Must Pay British National Party’s Court Costs in Full

Nick Griffin has welcomed the ruling that the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) must pay the British National Party’s court costs in full as a “victory for freedom”.
“It is a massive victory for the British National Party and freedom and a crushing blow for the Equality and Human Rights Commission and Trevor Phillips' PC bullies,” he said.
Mr Griffin’s comments follow the High Court judgement ruling that the EHRC must pay all the costs incurred by him, Simon Darby and Tanya Lumby during their brave defence against the EHRC’s attempts to seize the Party's assets and throw the defendants into prison.
The ruling of Lord Justice Moore-Bick and Mr Justice Ramsey is a further crushing defeat for the Commission and a personal humiliation for Trevor Phillips and Simon Woolley, who at the start of proceedings boasted on TV that they were going to close the British National Party down.
"Thanks to the staunch generosity of so many of our members and supporters and the magnificent efforts of our legal team, their attack on democracy and freedom failed utterly," said Mr Griffin.
"The British National Party is still very much alive and kicking. We've built up a legal team which can go head to head with the most powerful opponents and beat them."
On being told that EHRC would be forced to pay its costs in full, Simon Darby said, "I told them they would never beat me or the British National Party, but they simply wouldn't listen. Now these people are going to pay the price for persecuting Nationalists. The question has to be asked as to whether this discredited quango will survive the next round of government cuts."
Exactly how much the EHRC will have to pay must now be assessed in a long and complicated procedure that will take some months. When we get our money back, it will make a healthy contribution to our war chest for next year's Assembly election in London, where the EHRC is/was based.
