Latest Police Harrassment Police Raid Home of Derby Organiser

Police today launched a dawn raid on the home of Derby British National Party Organiser Paul Hilliard, arresting him at 5.30 in the morning.

The explanation for the arrest? On Sunday an argument broke out in Paul’s street between two of his neighbours and a black woman living in the area who is notoriously troublesome and loud-mouthed. Paul went out to calm things down and persuaded his English neighbours to go back inside.

The woman was still shouting on the street when Paul left his house to begin his leafleting session. His neighbours emerged again, and Paul advised them to avoid the woman and go back inside. Paul then met up with his leafleting team and continued about his business, thinking nothing further of the incident – that is until police raided the family home at 5.30 in the morning!

Paul’s wife was informed that Paul would only be held for an hour or so. When she called the police station at 11.30, they confessed that they had still not even begun interviewing Paul.

“It’s an outrage,” says Nick Griffin, who is now in constant correspondence with Paul’s wife and key officials in the area. “It’s obvious too that this 'incident' is being used as an excuse. Paul and his team are very active in Derby, and the city is tense following the fatal stabbing of a notorious black drug dealer, Johnny Assani,
by a gang of Muslims at the weekend."

This arrest is the latest in a campaign of harassment against British National Party activists launched by police in the wake of the riots and looting that has shamed Britain and exposed the gross inadequacy of the politically correct police in dealing with this crime epidemic.

“We obviously have sympathy with the police as they struggle with the difficulties involved in keeping the peace in a city that has been turned into a multi-cultural powder keg by the policies of successive Labour and Conservative governments. But they do not have the right to abuse their power in an attempt to silence legitimate and peaceful criticism of those multi-cultural policies by the activist of a completely legal political party. Such police-state tactics are an attack not only on the British National Party but on the entire democratic process for which generations of our bravest and best fought
and died.”

ReferendumNOW in Derby

The government promised the people of Great Britain a referendum on our inclusion in the European Union, but so far this hasn't happened. With Cameron signing away more and more of our money and with European law taking precedance over our own law it is time to make a stand.

Derby and Amber Valley British National Party activists were out and about in Derby city centre today collecting signatures for the ReferendumNOW campaign.

At one point half a dozen UAF students, complete with ridiculous haircuts, some dyed the usual communist red, turned up to cause disruption. It didn't last long. With microphone in hand, the Amber Valley organiser, Debra Purdy, out cried them all.

The people of Derby turned on the UAF telling them to 'go get a wash', 'go get a job' and 'no wonder you can't get a job looking like that' and after only 15 minutes the great unwashed slunk back to their rooms for a consolatory joint or five.

388 members of the public signed the petition in the 3 hours the activists were there.

Well done BNP. The people have had enough and are starting to realise what is really going on in our country instead of listening to multiculturists and Labour's indoctrinated children.

Nick Griffin re-elected as British National Party chairman

Congratulations to Mr Nick Griffin on his re-election as the British National Party chairman for the next 4 years!

It was a close call between Mr Griffin and Andrew Brons, but the voting members of the British National Party decided Mr Griffin is the best man for the job.

Vote Brons, get Butler - the video

There will be no more articles on the Derby Patriot until after the election. The reason being that I want voters to see exactly what they are going to get should they vote for Brons.

Brons fans will be horrified to find that the possibilty of Butler's return to the British National Party is definitely on the cards after Brons spent a considerable amount of time defending him at the Ashfield meeting last week.

Brons to reinstate Butler?

There is a big hoo-har at the moment because the BNP has asked Andrew Brons to take down the BNP logo from his website.

And rightly so.

Firstly, Brons still has Eddie Butler working for him. Butler was expelled from the party but Brons uses the excuse that he can’t legally sack him.

BULLSHIT!

Many companies are sacking their staff for writing silly things on facebook, what Butler has done, and is still doing, is far, far worse. How can he be employed and paid by a party for which he has so much contempt and is determined to crush?

Secondly, at the meeting Brons attended in Ashfield the other night, Brons implied that were he to win the upcoming election he would reinstate Eddie Butler.

Eddie Butler is doing a very good job of trying to break the BNP. Because of Butler, Andrew Brons has now lost all credibility in many people’s eyes.

Come on Nick, put your foot down. Bring on the election and let’s get rid of all the deadwood, infiltrators and idiots!

The British National Party General Members Meeting Report

GMM 26^th June, 2011

It was so good to see our great leader Nick Griffin in fine form at the British National Party General Members Meeting held at St Helen’s Merseyside on 26^th June, 2011.

Despite the protests promised by the ‘loony left’ there were only the party faithful who turned up in force to ratify the constitutional amendments to the party rules. These changes will actually make the party leader more accountable to the members thus becoming more democratic.

Several people who were unable to attend the meeting allowed Mr Griffin and other party officials to vote on their behalf by proxy and their wishes were faithfully carried out, in defiance of the few who may have initially sought to disrupt proceedings. It is obvious how much the membership in general trust Mr Griffin by allowing him to vote on their behalf in such large numbers particularly on such important issues and changes.

Whilst some debates may have been a little heated at times, everything was eventually settled in an amicable manner and quelled all hopes by outside forces that a break-up within the party was imminent. At the end of the meeting many apologised and all shook hands as the party united behind our leader to fight for the Nationalist cause.

There will be a leadership challenge for the party chairman within the next month and dates around the country will be arranged for hustings to take place so that all members may question the candidates before eventually casting their vote.

In conclusion, the changes were all agreed and this can only be described as a good thing. Admiration must be given to Nick Griffin for all the time and effort he put into drafting these proposals for the meeting to debate. I am very pleased to report that he was justly rewarded for his efforts by all his proposals being overwhelmingly passed.

As soon as the leadership election is over, we can then concentrate on the important job of increasing membership and fighting the war against Islam and the EU in the hope we can save our country before it is too late.

Derby Council Tries to Dupe Candidates into Signing “Equality Contracts”

The letter below was sent to all our candidates in the Amber Valley one week before election day. The “Derby Racial Equality Council” is another taxpayer-funded quango set up to harass the indigenous people of our Nation and is just another string to the bow of the forces amassed against us.

The contract urged all council candidates to sign it to “demonstrate [candidates’] commitment to serving Derbyshire [sic] diverse communities”.

The threat implied in this outrageous letter was that they were going to publish the replies they got and send all the details to the local and national media. What an outrageous thing – to ask a candidate to sign up to what in effect is a contract to promote multiculturalism if elected.

We advised our candidates to reply that they where standing for election to promote the rights of the indigenous population and not to promote the failed multicultural experiment forced on our people by groups such as the Derby Racial Equality Council.

This is just another example of the forces and the finances arrayed against our candidates and is a timely reminder just why we stand by our principles against such people and such organisations.

I am still waiting for Derby's election results but will print them here as soon as I get them. My personal opinion is the British National Party won't do well.

British National Party Organiser Arrested for Defending Christian Rights

British National Party National Organiser Adam Walker was arrested today outside the offices of Wakefield District Housing for registering a complaint about the company’s persecution of employee Colin Atkinson for displaying a small Christian cross in his work van.

Mr Walker was one of several British National Party activists who turned up to hand in the letter. After the letter was delivered, a heavy police presence of more than a dozen officers descended on the car park outside of the building.

The police asked Mr Walker to remove his vehicle from the entrance to the building, claiming it was blocking the way.

Mr Walker complied and drove into the car park. He parked outside the building in a space without any road markings or double-yellow lines.

The police then issued him with a ticket for not wearing a seatbelt while driving in the private car park.

Adam refused to give his name when asked for it. The police then issued him a ticket without a name on it and stuck it on the windscreen of his car.

Adam removed the ticket from his car and was then told by police that he would be prosecuted for littering.

The police then opened Adam’s car door, turned off his ignition and removed his car keys. They pulled him out of his seat, told him he was under arrest and handcuffed him.

While being led away, Mr Walker said the arrest was “fascism in its utmost form”.

He was bundled into the back of a police van and driven to the local police station, where he was held for some time.

Mr Walker said he and the British National Party’s legal team will be disputing the case as it took place on private and not public property.

Speaking to our News Team after his release from the police station, Mr Walker commented that it was great to see taxpayers’ money being put to such important use.

The letter was submitted in protest of Wakefield and District Housing’s prosecution of 64-year-old electrician Colin Atkinson, who was thrown out of his workplace for displaying a crucifix in his van to mark Easter.

Mr Atkinson was later told he had “violated” his contract by revealing he had been disciplined for having the symbol on the dashboard of his company van.

Mr Atkinson has said the he fears he will be sacked within days.
