Taxpayers Forced to Give £18 Million to Communist Controlled Unite Trade Union

Woodley, Simpson and Crow

It looks like the communist leaders of unite are onto a nice little earner. The following article is taken from the BNP website.

British taxpayers have been forced to hand over £18 million in subsidies to the Unite trade union whose leader spent the beginning of May in Cuba celebrating the 51st anniversary of the Fidel Castro communist revolution.

Unite, and the two unions that formed it (Amicus and the Transport & General Workers Union), received the tax money under two little-known funds “to improve management and training for its members.”

It has been the biggest beneficiary of one of the schemes, the Union Modernisation Fund, and received a sixth of all the money given out under the Union Learning Fund.

The money merry-go-round is made even more outrageous by the fact that Unite has donated over £30 million to the Labour Party over the past decade. In effect then, the taxpayer has paid for the Labour party to function.

Joint-General Secretary of Unite, Tony Woodley, who is paid £122,000 per year for his job, spoke last week at a rally in Havana, Cuba, held to mark the 51st anniversary of the communist military coup which installed Fidel Castro as dictator of that island country.

Cuba is effectively a one-party state. The Cuban Communist Party controls who can run for elections.

The lack of democracy in Cuba appears to be no problem for Unite and Mr Woodley, who is a Labour Party activist and supporter who famously tore up a copy of the Sun newspaper on the podium at his party’s 2009 annual conference.

On 2 May, Mr Woodley addressed a cheering crowd of “Cuban solidarity activists” in the Convention Palace in Havana.

Mr Woodley is also the man behind the current wave of strikes affecting British Airways.

According to reports, Mr Woodley’s “holiday” in Cuba was one of the reasons why talks between BA and the union were delayed.

Last year, Mr Woodley saw his pay and benefits package increase by 20 percent, while public service sector workers — who make up most of Unite’s members — were forced to endure pay freezes or redundancies.

Mr Woodley also received a £6,603 benefit from a union loan towards a maisonette he and Unite are buying in south London and £5,343 in car fuel benefit.

Derek Simpson, 64, Unite's other joint general secretary, received a salary of £97,027 in 2009, up 4 percent on the previous year, a housing benefit of £38,340 and £24,480 towards his chauffeur-driven car.

Bob Crow, leader of the RMT rail union, saw his pay and benefits rise by 8 percent to £91,646, while Billy Hayes, leader of the Communication Workers Union, received a pay rise which took his package to £88,438.

Footballer told to apologise for voting BNP

Leicester City footballer, Wayne Brown, must be kicking himself for telling his mates he voted for the British National Party, because he now has to make a grovelling apology.

A couple of his fellow players took offence, in particular, Lloyd Dyer and Chris Powell. They both happen to be black of course, and as we all know, the lying media are telling the sheeple of Britain that the BNP wants to ‘rid the nation of non-whites’.

But if that were the case, why would Wayne Brown vote BNP? Why would he vote for a party that allegedly wants to rid Britain of his friends and team mates? Because he knows the truth; THEY DON’T.

Democracy is all about choices, making YOUR OWN choices, but unfortunately the communists that have spent the past 13 years ruining, sorry, ruling Great Britain don’t believe in democracy. In fact anyone who doesn’t tow the Marxist line is faced with hostility and usually ruination.

Personally I would tell them to take a running jump and stick to my guns, but if Wayne Brown did his career would be over.

A few of the great unwashed (UAF – the dope not soap crowd) would flock to the Leicester City ground, gathering up a few more on the way, and cause a scene. The screamers would shout their usual one-liners through a megaphone and before you know it, poor old Wayne (not so old really, he’s only 32) would be hanging up his boots.

He may be forced into giving an apology but I would bet a million pounds he will STILL vote BNP; he just won’t tell anyone next time.

1 in 7 children do not speak English as their first language

Nearly one in seven school children do not speak English as their first language, official figures released today show.

Including state primary, secondary and special schools in England, 14 per cent of pupils speak another language at home, according to the Department for Education.

The data reveals a picture of a changing Britain and shows the challenge faced by many schools where they have to integrate children who lack a command of English.

The figures are higher in primaries than in secondaries - with one in six (16 per cent) youngsters aged 11 and under speaking English as a second language - 518,020 pupils overall.

In secondaries that figure is around one in eight (11.6 per cent), totalling 378,210 pupils.

At special schools, researchers found 9,380 pupils (10.9 per cent) do not speak English as a first language.

The overall figure for all schools is 905,610 pupils with English as a second language.

Today's statistics give a snapshot of the makeup of England's state schools in January this year.

Teacher attacks pupil

HOUSTON - Administrators at a charter school have fired one of its teachers who was seen beating up a student in a video taken by a classmates camera-phone.

The teacher under question, identified by a charter school spokeswoman as Sherri Davis, was officially terminated by the school on Monday night.

Now that officials at Jamies House Charter School have been able to review the video on Fox News, we are horrified at the actions of the teacher, principal David Jones said, in a statement.

The disturbing video of a sixth grade student being kicked and pummeled has also been turned over to Harris County Sheriff's investigators.

The teacher attacked 13-year-old Isaiah Johnson at the north Harris County charter school in late April, according to the teens mother.

Brown's legacy - dress as muslim for school trip or be classed as truant

The election is over, I've had a few days off to relax and now it's back to business as usual.

Gordon Brown may be gone but his actions will be with us for the rest of our lives.

On opening the online version of the newspaper, the first story really says it all. Thanks, Mr Brown, for ruining our country...

A Catholic schoolgirl has been branded a 'truant' by her teachers after she refused to dress as a Muslim for a school field trip to a mosque.

Staff had ordered 14-year-old Amy Owen and her classmates to dress in headscarf, wear trousers or leggings and keep her arms covered for the compulsory visit to the mosque after it was arranged to promote 'community cohesion.'

Parents at the 1,100 pupil Ellesmere Port Catholic High School in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire were also told they were each required to make a £3 contribution towards the trip for all Year Nine students.

But when Amy refused to dress in Muslim attire for the visit to Al Rahma Mosque in Toxteth, Liverpool, staff warned her about rules and said refusal would mean non attendance which would then be marked down as an 'unauthorised absence.'

In a stern letter to her family with words in block capitals and underlined, the school's headmaster Peter Lee said the visit was 'as compulsory as a geography field trip.'

He added: 'There are two reasons for these visits. One is that the scheme of work in religious studies REQUIRES children to have knowledge and understanding of other world religions. The second is that the school is REQUIRED to promote tolerance respect and understanding. This is known as community cohesion. A failure to do this could result in an unwelcome inspection judgement. None of us would relish that. Whilst I may not require you to pay for this I must require your child to participate.'

It is believed up to ten other families from Amy's Year 9 classes also refused to dress as Muslims and were marked down in the truanting register.

But Amy's mother Michelle Davies, 34, a home help said: 'It's like they're putting a gun to your head - either you go to a mosque, or you're marked down as an unauthorised absence on your record - that's it no two ways about it. It's like they are saying she is playing truant for not wearing a head scarf. If the trip had been without the leggings and the headscarf, that would have been fine but I wasn't having my daughter dressed in the Muslim way.

There are some parts of RE lessons that children who are Jehovahs Witnesses don't have to attend because that's part of their religion and the fact is Amy is Catholic and not a Muslim.

She's proud of her school uniform and what it represents and she should be able to wear it like she would on any normal school trip.

She likes to learn, she takes history and she is really interested in it, she wants to learn, but she can do that her classroom without changing the way she dresses. I even did some research on the internet about non-Muslims attending mosques and it says you don't have to adhere to the dress code.

I also fail to see how a three-hour trip to a mosque is of any educational value to a Catholic when she can learn about the Muslim faith in the classroom. I can guarantee that if there were ten Muslim girls coming to our school it would adhere to what they wanted, because that's their faith, their religion, their dress code.'

The school claimed it had arranged the trip in accordance with diktats sent down by Oftsted and the Roman Catholic diocese and said it to abide by a 'strict dress code.'

Mrs Davies who has two other children said: 'No sooner had I objected to the dress code, I got a phone call from her head of year saying I don't see what the problem is, it teaches them respect. I said to her, is that not my job and your job as a school? Then she asked it was a problem with the cost, and I told her not to patronize me. I said it was for religious reasons. I'm not a devout Catholic, I've never claimed to be but my daughter is a white, British Catholic girl - not a Muslim girl, therefore she is not adhering to a Muslim dress code.

'The next thing Amy was in Mr Lee's office with three other kids being told it was a compulsory trip. He gave me a parent consent form, but I didn't give my consent and I was told it would be an unauthorised absence.

'I'm so angry - in particular with the letter Mr Lee sent with bits underlined and words in block capitals. And also, you can't tell me that by making some year nine kids attend a trip to a mosque is going to make his his OfSTED report look better.

'I had to send a letter in to the school explaining why Amy was absent, and I explained exactly why Amy wasn't there.

'What really infuriates me is that if she wore leggings to school, she would be told to take them off because they're not school uniform.

'If Muslim girls came to Amy's school, the school would probably allow them to wear their leggings and head scarf because it is respectful. If they were told to remove them, there would be uproar.'

Another parent Kirsty Ashworth, of Ellesmere Port, whose daughter Charlie Sheen was due to attend the trip said: 'I didn't see the educational benefit of it and I can't see how it would help her get a job or anything like that.

'I'm not racist or anything but I send my daughter to an English speaking catholic school, so I don't see why she should dress as a Muslim.'

A spokesman for the school said: 'In keeping with accepted good practice we are pleased to provide students with an experience of a visit to a Mosque and the chance to talk and question a representative of the community which it serves. This is an exciting and for many, a unique opportunity to learn at first hand how

Islamic practices and beliefs map against their own.

'We hope to provide other experiences to further our students' appreciation and tolerance for faiths and culture as opportunities present themselves, as all good schools will do in the name of education.'

BNP vote is up!

I am sick and tired of left-wing loonies saying the BNP is dead and buried when in fact the opposite is true.

Here are a few facts for you:

- In 1983, the BNP fought 54 seats and polled 14,000 votes.

- In 1987, the BNP fought 2 seats and polled 563 votes.

- In 1992, the BNP fought 13 seats and polled 7,000 votes.

- In 1997, the BNP fought 54 seats and polled 35,000 votes.

- In 2001, the BNP fought 33 seats and polled 47,000 votes.

- In 2005, the BNP fought 117 seats and polled 192,746 votes.

- In 2010, the BNP fought 339 seats and polled 563,743 votes.

As you can see from the General Election results the BNP vote is up 1.2% which was no mean feat seeing as most people wanted Labour out meaning they chose to vote Conservative.

Did you vote for your party or did you choose to vote tactically?

I can tell you one thing. Last year, when there was no BNP candidate in our local election, I didn't spoil my vote. I voted Conservative. It was a tactical vote which worked, just as this years tactical votes worked.

Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.
