BNP Stall in Liverpool Attacked by Labour-Aligned Thugs but BNP Activists Arrested

British National Party supporters have been asked to urgently phone the Liverpool police station and complain about the KGB-style tactics employed by police over the weekend in arresting three party activists (including a middle-aged lady) after seven Labour-aligned thugs violently attacked a party stall.

“The numbers to call are 0151 777 4852, which is the St Anne’s Street police station where the lady, Hazel, is being held, and 0151 709 6010, which is the main Liverpool police station number,” said Mike Whitby, Liverpool organiser.

Mr Whitby said the astonishing turn of events, which “made one realise we are living under a KGB-style regime,” started on Saturday morning when he and three other BNP activists manned a stall in the city collecting signatures for the ‘bring our boys home’ campaign.

“I left briefly to go and book a meeting venue, leaving the two men, Peter and Andrew Tierney, and Hazel to continue collecting signatures,” Mr Whitby said.

“While I was gone, a crowd of Labour/UAF-aligned thugs approached the table and began jostling and threatening the activists,” he continued.

“The police, who were standing nearby, were asked to intervene, but refused to do anything. Then the thugs violently attacked the table, smashing it and assaulting Peter, who was thrown to the ground and beaten.

“Hazel, who is a petite woman, attempted to ward off the attack with her shopping bag, but the thugs completely destroyed the table,” Mr Whitby said.

“Faced with the overt violence, the police were forced to act, and chased the thugs, arresting six of them. They were calling us all sorts of names, mostly the usual meaningless epithets, and in response I called them ‘communist paedophiles.’

“To my astonishment, the police then also arrested me for using those words, and I was detained for ten hours at the police station.

“Eventually they released me without even taking my name or charging me with anything, and I went home,” Mr Whitby said.

“To our astonishment, the police then arrested Peter, Andrew and Hazel this morning (Monday) and have now detained them at different police stations around Liverpool,” he continued.

“Hazel is the sole carer for her severely disabled partner, and it is an outrage that she and the other two men have been arrested after they were attacked.

“We need as many people as possible to call the police straightaway and complain about this gross miscarriage of justice. The police are acting way beyond any normal call of duty and have clearly taken on a political role, akin to the KGB,” Mr Whitby said.

Further updates will follow as they become available.

Fascist and racist UAF kicked out of Anfield

UAF fascists on the prowl, but not for long...
It appears that leaflets posted through letterboxes by the UAF in Anfield outraged residents so much that they chased them off, according to the Merseyside BNP blogspot.

Here’s what they have to say:

News is coming in to me that the fascist UAF were chased out of Anfield today by outraged residents. Apparently residents were seething about the leaflets these cowards were putting through letterboxes there. It is well known that the UAF scum are serial offenders when it comes to interfering in the democratic process. They are Marxist, communist cowards who hate the British flag and who also hide and lurk in the shadows. They also organise and snuggle up with Muslim extremists, organising protests against our homecoming soldiers. None of them have got the bottle to stand in elections themselves.

It is great that they are confronted and exposed as the cowards wherever they go, as what's happened to them in Anfield today. Liverpool BNP will always expose, confront and photograph them wherever they go. As such up to and through the election period Liverpool Nationalist activists, in all areas will have their cameras and recording equipment to hand and will follow and record them if we get word they are out and about in Liverpool areas.

Quite often Labour Party election candidates also help the UAF as they are paymasters of the UAF. It is illegal during the election period for Labour candidates to deliver this bile as it will have to be offset against their expenses. You have been warned so as we know the crooks of the Labour Party break electoral law as a second nature, don't say Liverpool BNP have not warned you. You will all be recorded and the video, photographic evidence will be given to the police and we will publish all evidence on the Internet.

Well done!

Merseyside Police Pay Compensation to “Liverpool 13” Men for Unlawful Arrest

The Merseyside police have effectively admitted that their 2008 arrest and detention of 13 British National Party members who were leafleting in Liverpool, was unlawful and have paid out a first four figure compensation to the activists.

One of those arrested, Pete Molloy, who is originally from Liverpool, but now resides in County Durham and who is the party’s Parliamentary candidate for the North Durham constituency, said he “felt totally vindicated.

“Other police forces around the country should be made aware that the BNP will no longer tolerate this Labour Party-politically motivated harassment,” he said.

The incident arose after the BNP members were unlawfully arrested in Liverpool city centre by Merseyside Police for distributing the perfectly legal “Racism Cuts Both Ways” brochure.

The ‘Liverpool 13’ were arrested under Section 19 of The Public Order Act 1986, which is the “offence of publishing or distributing racially inflammatory written material.”

The men were incarcerated for 14 hours, had their DNA taken and their homes unlawfully searched by Merseyside Police. Some of those detainees had personal items removed from their homes as ‘evidence’.

A week later, just prior to a larger distribution and demonstration event, attended by the party leadership, the Liverpool 13 were advised in hand-delivered letters that no further action would be taken against them.

Not content with that, Mr Molloy started legal action against Merseyside Police for unlawful imprisonment and trespassing.

“Once I had been informed by my legal representatives that I had a case against Merseyside Police, many more of the Liverpool 13 started proceedings for compensation,” Mr Molloy said.

Merseyside Police have admitted liability and all those who sought damages have been awarded compensation in the form of a four figure sum.

“It was my arrest which allowed newspapers such as the Sunday Times, Daily Mail and Daily Star, to libel myself and four other BNP members last year after Nick Griffin’s appearance on Question Time,” Mr Molloy said.

“Now that we have received the payouts from Merseyside Police, we intend to ensure that those newspapers are forced to apologise for using this bogus case to tarnish our characters,” Mr Molloy concluded.
