Postal Vote Fraud In Derby

ALLEGATIONS of postal vote fraud are being investigated by police in Derby.

A complaint has been sent by the Conservative party to Derbyshire police about suspected fraud in the Sinfin ward in the Derby City Council local elections – which will be held on May 6, the same day as the General Election.

The complaint involves concerns that a voter was approached by men requesting her to fill in and sign three postal voting forms in favour of the Labour party.

It is an offence to complete a postal vote that is not your own or to influence how others complete their postal vote.

Chief Superintendent Andy Hough said the matter would be investigated. He added that he had received more than one report of irregularities with postal voting.

"We have received more than one complaint in Derby and we will be making some inquiries in relation to postal votes," he said.

Councillor Harvey Jennings, leader of the Conservative group in Derby, said: "I am aware that a serious complaint has been made to the police with regards to three men intimidating a resident in Sinfin into ensuring that postal vote forms were completed in favour of the Labour party.

"It is quite shocking and I trust that the police will conduct a thorough investigation.

"I would urge any resident across the city who feels they have been put under duress to complete their vote in favour of any particular party to come forward and make a complaint to the police, as this is a practice that we do not condone.

"I have written to the leader of the local Labour Group asking him to confirm that members of his party locally are not engaged in this activity."

Chris Williamson, leader of the Labour group in Derby, said he did not think members of his group would be involved in such activities but added: "It is now a matter for the police."

Liberal Democrat leader, Hilary Jones, said she had heard rumours about it but that her group had pledged not to be involved in any such activities.

The letter of complaint was sent to the police by Philip Hickson, election agent for the local Conservative group.

He said: "The candidate for Sinfin came to me with what I considered to be serious electoral irregularities to do with postal voting. I just took the information and passed it on to the police and to Michael Foote at Derby City Council as the returning officer, as this is clearly a matter for them."

Mr Foote confirmed: "I understand a letter has been sent to the police for them to investigate.

"The proper course is for them now to carry out that investigation."

Amber Valley Labour Group in turmoil

Last night’s full council meeting saw the full extent of the internal discord within the local Labour Group.
None of the three Labour Councillors (Jo Ward – Langley Mill & Aldercar, Glynne Cato - Heanor East, Ian Fisher – Codnor & Waingroves) who have decided not to stand in the forthcoming elections were present at the beginning of the meeting when leader Paul ‘do nothing’ Jones praised their past efforts and wished them well in the future.
However, Jo Ward came into the meeting late and announced that she WILL be standing after all – AS AN INDEPNDENT.
Jones looked visibly shocked, obviously not aware of Wards intentions.
How embarrassing for Jones who had said of his former comrade...

“Jo Ward has been a strong advocate for Langley Mill & Aldercar as officers of the council will testify, and through her many years on the planning board had developed a very good knowledge of the subject and was also very knowledgeable in the area of Housing Benefit. She had also been Deputy Leader of the Labour Group.”
Obviously the fall out within the Labour group will get more interesting as Election Day gets closer. I can’t wait to see the leaflets they produce for Langley Mill & Aldercar!
I’m sure there will be more splits to follow...

Erewash BNP meeting a huge success

On Thursday I attend the Erewash BNP meeting with Councillor Lewis Allsebrook. I hadn’t been to an Erewash meeting before so I thought it would be interesting to see how their area operated.

I wasn’t disappointed.

The chosen venue, a function room at a public house, was adorned by the union flag and of course the stage was the same. The bar staff were very friendly and not at all fazed at being inundated by patriots. In fact they gave us a very warm welcome.

The Erewash BNP candidate for the forthcoming election, Mark Bailey, was introduced and he delivered his first speech on how our elderly are suffering and dying since the government privatised our utilities.

Mr Bailey was followed by another speaker whose name I will not reveal. The man has lived and worked in Yemen, Sudan, Libya and Bahrain over the past 28 years and seen the true face of Islam.

The well educated man gave a presentation on how Islam is affecting Britain today and what we have to look forward to as it gains a foothold.

He spoke of valleys being at war with other valleys and how knives, pistols and grenades are readily available in souks (markets); he spoke of the police being kitted out with Kalashnikovs and how Christians are killed and set fire to.

He also spoke of why he only saw men coming out of a mosque – women are more sinful than men; the men do the praying for the women – and he said their lack of mercy was the hardest to deal with.

In his own words:

They say their God is most merciful; it is in fact hard and unforgiving.

He ended his presentation with the UK citizenship figures (up 58% on the previous year) and a warning that we need to stop mass immigration and in turn the rise of Islam.

The night was a huge success and funds of £1,924 were raised towards the forthcoming election.

The British National Party Amber Valley 2010 Election Fund

The General Election is set for May 6th and across Amber Valley there are many potential British National Party candidates, but as you know, putting someone through an election costs money.

Since the EHRC put a hold on British National Party membership funds are running low, which means local level candidates suffer. Costs need to be met for the printing of leaflets and other literature.

Of course they are to be delivered free of charge by our loyal members, but first we need something to deliver.

Because of this I have included a donation button to the right of this blog.

All donations will go to the Amber Valley branch of the British National Party which has a very good chance of further success this year.

In the 2009 election Heanor & Loscoe came second by only 1 vote and in many areas within Amber Valley the BNP came second and third.

If we are to reach more people with the benefits of a BNP Councillor then we need your help. It doesn’t matter whether all you can afford is a few pence, it all adds up.

So, for a brighter, better future with the British National Party please donate what you can.

Lesson 1: How They Commit Election Fraud Without Getting Caught

We've been hearing a lot about the postal voting scam, but not sure how it is done.

After checking around I found an article written by The Informer over on the Green Arrow site and reproduced it here.

  1. Go here https://www.aboutmyvote.co.uk/register_to_vote/download_a_blank_electoral_reg.aspx
  2. Fill in the form with any details that you chose (false of course), but include your current address.
  3. Ignore previous address section, but ask for postal vote.
  4. Wait for form to arrive.
  5. Cast your false vote.
  6. Simple.
  7. Do not forget to cast your genuine vote though.
  8. Lastly, be careful.

This is so simple and is done by hundreds of thousands of people organised by trade unions and all left leaning bodies.

It is such an easy deception that I wonder why I never thought of it before.

However I do not advocate this voting fraud, I am just showing how easy it is thanks to the postal vote scam.
