SVP, the Swiss Peoples Party, seem to be the only party (who have any clout) that have the balls to stand up to the islamisation of their country.
Over 18 months they collected 100,000 signatures calling for a referendum on the future building of Islamic minarets and on Thursday it paid off.
More than 57% and 22 out of 26 provinces voted in favour of the ban and yet the BBC’s Imogen Foulkes finds the result surprising.
