Not wishing to let go of the disgraceful attack on BNP members at College Green, Westminster we now appear to have got to the bottom of the issue. It would seem that the Metropolitan Police couldn't be bothered to send the file to the CPS or more likely deliberately held it back to time out the case.
And there you have it, full authority to attack British national Party members...
